Refund Policy

This Money-Back Policy applies to professional services sold by Fusion Bridgeon where a written statement of work (SOW) references these terms. Website browsing remains free.

Clients may request cancellation within 14 days of SOW signature unless work product has already been delivered or a kick-off has consumed specialist time as defined in the SOW.

If no deliverable work has started, we refund 100% of fees paid for the cancelled scope. If workshops, travel, or draft deliverables have occurred, we deduct documented costs up to the percentage stated in the SOW, not to exceed fees paid.

Third-party expenses already incurred (travel tickets, venue deposits, licensed data purchases) are non-refundable once booked unless vendors refund us.

Email hello@fusion-bridgeon.digital with your company name, SOW reference, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to conclude review within 10 business days.

Approved refunds return to the original payment route. Bank transfers may require 5–10 business days depending on institutions.

Where the Framework Act on Consumers or the Act on Electronic Commerce applies to your transaction, mandatory cooling-off or dispute channels prevail over conflicting clauses in this policy.
