Localized Planogram Systems
A working model for translating national skeletons into Korean corridor reality: clusters first, shelf language second, field kits last. This page distils how we assemble those layers without pretending every store is identical.
Store cluster model
Clusters are built from basket size, replenishment window, and promo rhythm—not only geography. Each cluster inherits a national skeleton, then receives a delta pack that lists allowed flex versus fixed compliance strips.
Shelf logic examples
- Chiller door rhythm overlays for CVS clusters with hinge conflicts.
- Township pack-down matrices that show honest case multiples per ambient SKU.
- Promo strip width notes when night lighting washes out corporate colour specs.
Local assortment notes
Assortment notes pair numbers with sentences: which anchors stay for price perception, which heroes flex by cluster, and which SKUs exist only for optics. We never ship numbers-only grids without the sentences—buyers deserve both.
Implementation checklist
- Confirm cluster tags with finance-approved POS extracts.
- Print night-window QA references before pilot installs begin.
- Walk door swing and hinge videos for every CVS overlay destination.
- Archive “held stable” strips so rumours do not fill the silence.
- Schedule a blunt retro with night crew leads within ten days of pilot.
