Fit & scope
Do you replace our internal planogram team? ⌄
No. We compress ambiguity and document deltas; execution stays with your planners and field crews.
Can you work without POS extracts? ⌄
Yes, but cluster heat-maps lose precision. We disclose that limitation before kick-off so buyers know what they are seeing.
What if our suppliers refuse smaller case packs? ⌄
We surface the conflict in workshops; we do not renegotiate contracts. Commercial teams own supplier conversations.
Delivery
How quickly can a sprint start? ⌄
Most Lab Packs slot within four weeks once data lands. Townships translations need longer lead for field walks.
Is everything in English? ⌄
Primary decks are English with Korean callouts where local buyers expect them. Pure Korean-only packs cost extra.
Do you install shelves? ⌄
No. We annotate fixtures and depths; physical moves stay with your operations partners.
Measurement
Will you promise sell-through lifts? ⌄
We do not attach numeric uplift guarantees. We improve structural fit, clarity, and negotiation posture—not miracle metrics.
How do you measure success? ⌄
Pilot stores agree on qualitative checks (false facing counts, replenishment minutes) plus buyer sign-off speed—not headline revenue.
Can we reuse outputs next year? ⌄
Yes, deliverables include archive-ready files. Seasonal refreshes still need human review when ranges change.

Fees on this site are informational anchors. Executed scopes may differ after discovery; taxes and travel bill separately when applicable.
